Janci Patterson will introduce and sign her new young-adult novel, Chasing the Skip. Ricki and her dad don’t seem to have much in common, but it’s hard to say seeing as Ricki hasn’t had much opportunity to get to know the guy, a bounty hunter who spends his days crisscrossing the continent in search of a payday. But since Ricki’s mom ran-off, Ricki has to ride shotgun for a dangerous ride with her dad. Only problem is the target: seventeen-year-old Ian. She somehow can’t get past those dark eyes.

Janci Patterson writes fantasy, speculative fiction and contemporary young adult novels from her home in Orem. The King’s English is pleased to join her in celebrating the publication of her first book.
